Free access to over 1,200 DragonPass business lounges worldwide. Information on the location of each lounge is available in the Visa Airport Companion (VAC) mobile app
Limits:
• Make purchases with a Visa Infinite card in the amount of at least 300,000 tenge per month (All purchases for 35 days before the date of visiting the lounge are calculated, except for transactions for the last 5 days)
• Accompanying persons pay at the rate of $ 32 per person • The duration of stay and age of free passage for children depend on the policy of the business lounge

Option 1:
- 1Download the Visa Airport Companion app in the Apple App Store or through Google Play
- 2Register in the Visa Airport Companion (VAC) app
- 3Find the lounge to visit and click the “Walk In” button, then the “Membership” button to get digital access
- 4Show the digital access to the lounge employee
Option 2:
- 1Go to the Visa Concierge chatbot and click the “Lounge” button in the main menu
- 2Check the availability of the service for the added cards
- 3Click “Get a digital membership card” to get access
- 4Show the digital access to the lounge employee
